What I collect. When you use the consultation form or contact me, I collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), area, the service you’re interested in, and whatever you tell me about your situation. If we work together, I also keep project details, photos taken with your written consent, and invoicing records. The website also collects basic technical and usage data through cookies and Squarespace analytics.
Why, and on what legal basis.
To respond to your enquiry and provide a consultation or service: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract.
To issue invoices and meet tax obligations: legal obligation.
To understand how the site is used: your consent, via the cookie banner.
To use before-and-after photos in marketing: your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees it. Only me, and the service providers who run the tools I use: Squarespace (website and forms), google, accountant, and the payment provider. I don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. If I bring in another organizer, they’re bound by the same confidentiality.
How long I keep it. Enquiries that don’t become projects: 12 months. Client records: 12 months after we complete the service. Invoices: as long as Greek law requires. Please check retention periods with your accountant.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how I use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@goodspacesbyzoi.com and I’ll reply within one month. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
