Good Spaces OverviewGood Spaces helps people turn cluttered homes and workspaces into spaces that fit the way they actually live. Founded by an APSO-certified professional organizer with 16 years of humanitarian work behind her, Good Spaces is built on a simple belief: what we keep, release, and bring in reflects our values. We guide clients through ethical letting go, repair before replacement, and mindful buying, with a practical, judgment-free approach that favors progress over perfection.
Hi, I’m Zoi.
Whether you’re facing a move, a crowded home or a family house that needs clearing, I’m glad you’re here. Showing up is half of the process. The rest is just one decision at a time, and you won’t be making them alone.

Letting someone into your home, or into a loved one’s home, is a real act of trust. This is how I protect it:
Confidential by default. What I see, hear and sort stays with me. I don’t discuss clients, addresses or belongings with anyone.
You decide, always. Nothing is donated, sold or discarded without your say-so. For inherited homes, documents, valuables and anything sentimental are set aside for you or your family first.
Written agreement, clear terms. Every project starts with a signed service agreement covering the plan, the estimate, and who does what.
Photos only with permission. I photograph before-and-after results only with your written consent, and never in a way that identifies you or your home.
Selling on your behalf, openly. If I list items for you, you see every listing and every sale. Purchases use your funds, and receipts go to you.
Honest about my limits. I’m an organizer, not a cleaner, therapist or valuer. If your situation needs one of those, I’ll say so and point you to someone who can help.
Nothing on this page is a promise I haven’t built into how I work. Ask me anything before you book.

I help families, expats and busy households in Athens and Attica turn crowded, stressful spaces into homes that work.
I’m Greek-American, from New York, and I now live in Athens, where I’m raising two small children. I know how fast a home fills up, and how heavy it feels when it does.
For more than 16 years I managed complex projects in the humanitarian sector, which taught me to make order out of chaos, work calmly with people under pressure, and treat sensitive situations with discretion. Those are the same skills a family home needs.
I’m ASPO-certified (American Society of Professional Organizers), trained in the Simple Systems method: sort by category, let go of what you no longer need, then give everything a home you’ll actually keep using. I hold a BA in Textiles and an MA in International Development, and I work in English and Greek.
I’m especially passionate about two kinds of work: helping families clear and settle an inherited home, and supporting moves, in and out of Greece.
My promise is simple: a plan you understand, honest estimates, and respect for your home, your time and your decisions.

We talk through your goals, look at the space (in person, or by video if you’re abroad), and I send you a written plan with a time estimate. Consultations are free of charge.
-
By the hour, with a minimum booking and a deposit to reserve your date. I give you an estimate before we begin, and the estimate is a guide, not a guarantee, because the time depends on how much is in the space and how quickly decisions are made. Minimum: 3 hours. Deposit: 20%.

For most projects it helps to be around for decisions, but I can do the heavy lifting while you’re on call. For inherited homes where you live abroad, I offer a video walk-through and a written inventory summary, so you can decide from afar.
-
You decide what’s kept, donated, sold or discarded. I know how to remove almost anything responsibly in Greece: charities, municipal collection for electronics, chemicals and bulky items, pharmacy take-back for medicines, and resale platforms. Donation removal and selling are add-ons, priced separately.
-
They’re set aside first, never mixed into donation or disposal piles, and reviewed with you or your family before anything is decided.
-
No. I may wipe down shelves while organizing, but I’m not a cleaning service. I can suggest trusted cleaners if you need one.
-
Never. Every home has a stage it’s in. My job is to help you move forward, not to comment on where you started.
-
Some situations call for specialist support. I’ll be honest about what I can do, and I’ll refer you to the right professional if needed.
-
Please give 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the slot to someone else.
